We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior developers to build and maintain features across our digital experience platform while also providing hands-on operational support for our production systems. * Develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior team members * Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices * Provide operational support for production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response * Assist in diagnosing and resolving platform issues to ensure high availability and reliability for our clients * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality across the team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and design * Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving * Contribute to documentation of technical processes and systems * Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) * 0-2 years of professional software development experience * Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#) * Basic understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs) * Exposure to version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows * Comfort using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow * Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies * Effective communication skills and comfort working in a team-oriented environment Nice to have... * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing * Exposure to database technologies (SQL or NoSQL) * Experience with application monitoring or observability tools * Interest in telecommunications, broadband, or SaaS platforms * Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal projects
