Fellowship Term: 12 Months

About EPIC Health
EPIC Health is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization focused on delivering accessible, high-quality, patient-centered care. Our organization brings together medical practices, operational services, technology, and shared resources to support providers, employees, and patients across multiple markets.
As EPIC Health continues to grow, we are looking for an Administrative Fellow who is interested in developing a career in healthcare administration, practice management, and healthcare operations.
This paid, 12-month fellowship provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day management of healthcare operations while giving the Fellow opportunities to work on meaningful projects, analyze performance, improve workflows, and learn directly from experienced operational leaders.
Position Summary
The Administrative Fellow will participate in a structured, hands-on development experience designed to prepare the individual for future leadership roles within healthcare operations.
The Fellow will work closely with Practice Managers, District and Operations leadership, and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to clinic operations, financial and operational performance, staffing, patient experience, quality, process improvement, provider operations, and strategic initiatives.
This is not a purely observational fellowship. The Fellow will be expected to learn by doing, take ownership of assigned projects, analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the day-to-day success of EPIC Health operations.
The fellowship is intended to provide a strong foundation for future opportunities in Practice Management, Operations Management, District Management, or other healthcare leadership roles.
