Job Description

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Interns in Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement teams of Regeneron Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS). These teams work together to plan production, manage inventory, transportation, and suppliers, and keep materials and medicines moving reliably to patients and customers.

These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & Where:

Location: Rensselaer / East Greenbush / Troy, NY

Timeframe: Our internship positions are full-time and onsite from May/June-August

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$25.50 per hour.

What you'll do:

  • This covers everything from planning how much medicine to manufacture and when, to managing the warehouses, transportation, suppliers, and contract manufacturers that move materials and products through Regeneron's network.
  • Projects involve production scheduling and supply planning (including schedule adherence and downtime reporting), inventory and raw-material monitoring (such as material expiry, aging of materials on hold, and planning-data quality), dashboard development for operational visibility, Lean or continuous improvement work (such as value stream mapping and process documentation), transportation and warehouse analysis (including the use of automation and AI in warehouse operations), and building tools to support clinical and commercial supply decisions.
  • Other projects focus on supplier and contract management (such as supplier onboarding, the Approved Supplier List, and quality and master service agreement tracking) and on Regeneron's external manufacturing network — for example, onboarding contract manufacturers, evaluating dedicated transportation models, and preparing for serialization and product identifier (NDC) changes.
  • Some projects involve building automated reports or data-quality checks using Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Python, and may include using or developing AI tools.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills are important; experience with Power BI, supply chain concepts, process mapping, or ERP systems is a plus.

Relevant majors: Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics/Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, Finance

Let's find out if we're a fit:

  • Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
  • Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
