What the job looks like 

Visits are typically 12 hours, long enough to build a real relationship with your client.

You will work in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines.

You will work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. You will build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.

What we need from you

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
