Job Description

The Front Office Is the Heart of Our Practice-Come Be Part of It!

St. Matthews Family Dental | Louisville, KY
Full-Time Patient Coordinator | $18–$24 per hour

Do you know how to keep a dental office moving while still making patients feel like more than just the next name on the schedule?

St. Matthews Family Dental is searching for a Patient Coordinator who can take ownership of the patient experience and help keep our front office running smoothly. From answering the phone to navigating insurance questions and coordinating appointments, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, and working closely with both patients and the clinical team.

This isn't a sit-at-the-front-and-answer-the-phone kind of position. You'll play an active role in helping patients navigate their dental care while keeping the day organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Handling

Your day will involve a mix of patient communication and front office responsibilities, including:

  • Keeping appointments scheduled and the daily calendar organized
  • Speaking with patients by phone and in person
  • Checking insurance information and helping patients understand their benefits
  • Processing payments and handling account questions
  • Maintaining patient information in the system
  • Supporting patients before, during, and after their appointments
  • Communicating with the clinical team to keep the schedule flowing
  • Jumping in to help wherever the office needs you

The Person We're Looking For

We're hoping to find someone who already understands the basics of working in a dental office and can confidently interact with patients.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 6 months of dental front office experience
  • Understand dental scheduling and insurance verification
  • Are comfortable handling a busy phone line
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • Can prioritize tasks without needing constant direction
  • Are reliable and take pride in being a team player

What You Can Expect From Us

We want our team members to feel supported both inside and outside the office. Our full-time benefits include:

  • $18–$24 per hour
  • Medical insurance
  • PTO
  • Paid holidays
  • Retirement plan
  • Dental benefits for employees
  • Opportunities for continued growth

If you're ready for a front office role where your work truly makes a difference in the patient experience, we'd love to connect.

Jubilant works to provide business management and dental practice support so that doctors and clinical team members can focus on achieving better care for patients. Jubilant Dental Partners is dedicated to fostering patient relationships, empowering our team members, and growing as a strong community partner. We work with our doctors to develop and implement systems and habits, measure results and revise our proven Practice Management Systems. Our leadership team has seen thousands of practices and consulted hundreds of dentists on practice management. Jubilant recognizes the positive effects of our industry’s trend towards rapid consolidation, including increasing access to care, the adaptation of technology, job growth, and education on the importance of oral health. However, the transition to overextended corporate management often comes with negative side effects such as loss of clinical care, putting profits before patients, and lack of doctor autonomy. We believe that every patient deserves an experience that encompasses both modern professionalism and personalized care. Jubilant is able to provide both by using the advantages of scaling a business while providing our doctors with a high level of autonomy and encouraging focus on patient care and experience.
