Job Details: Job Location: 4256 VRG Terminal 8 LLC - Queens, NY 11430, Salary Range: $21.25 - $27.17 Hourly, Villa Restaurant Group - Quick service restaurants (Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Cheesesteaks and Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas, Mo' Burger, Jersey Mikes, Salsaritas, Melt Shop, Dos Toros, Hill Country, Juniors, Far East, Asian Chao, Tony + Benny's, Zaros Bakery, etc.) and 40North full service restaurants (Piattino, Office Tavern Grill, Café Villa, Steelworks Wind Creek Casino, Blackhorse Tavern & Pub, Town Bar & Kitchen and NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar) is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants, quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations.
Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks at JFK Airport Terminal 6. We’re looking for shift supervisors who can lead a team, take care of our guests, and keep service running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Lead the team during your shift and keep service on track
Coach baristas on drink quality, customer service, and daily routines
Handle guest concerns and jump in when things get busy
Help with opening or closing tasks, cash handling, stocking, and cleanliness
What you’ll need
Experience leading a team in food service, coffee, retail, or hospitality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach and the ability to stay organized under pressure
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
