Qualifications
You have experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and possess strong analytical skills in math and statistics. You are able to manually enter large amounts of data with high accuracy and have experience with business intelligence and analytics applications like Qlik. An undergraduate degree is preferred, but an associate degree or relevant work experience will be considered.

What You’ll Do
The Directors Guild of America relies on the Research Department to provide comprehensive and accurate data and analysis to inform the Guild’s strategy in the face of an ever-changing entertainment industry. The Research and Data Associate is a key member of the department who is responsible for ensuring that the Guild has access to the data it needs.

This position requires attention to detail, an ability to consistently follow regular procedures, and an ability to work independently. The Research and Data Associate will be expected to develop new skills, ask questions, and improve how the Research Department collects and manages data. They will have access to sensitive information and must exhibit a high level of responsibility and discretion.

Salary range for this role: $55,000 - $60,000
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The associate will work in-person at the DGA’s Los Angeles office and will report to executives in the Research Department.
