Job Summary                                                           

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Brand Mgr / Sr Associate Brand Manager - Trojan, to join our team. This role is responsible for providing assistance to Brand Manager(s) with analysis and tactical execution of the assigned brand strategy.

Work Environment  

  • Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. 

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities      

  • Accountable for the execution of specific marketing activities (e.g. consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, displays, direct marketing, etc.)
  • Responsible for product forecasting, supply chain and syndicated data analysis (Nielsen)
  • Work with the managers to support the briefing process to external creative design agencies and execute against milestones during product development
  • Develop in-depth understanding and become expert in the categories you are developing - the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help support  business/operational activities

Education and Experience                                                           

  • BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 1+ years in Marketing or internship with a CPG company
  • Category analysis and forecasting
  • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques

Compensation and Benefits 

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
