Customer Service Representative | Powell, Ohio The phone rings while you're checking in a golden retriever for his annual exam, a client walks in with a question about her cat's medication, and by the time you sit down, you've already helped three families and made someone's stressful morning a little easier. That's a normal shift as a Customer Service Representative at Union Pet Hospital, one of only two AAHA-accredited animal hospitals in Northern Kentucky.About the Practice
Union Pet Hospital has served Union, Kentucky and the surrounding Florence, Hebron, Burlington, and Independence areas since 1997. The hospital is AAHA accredited, a distinction held by only two animal hospitals in Northern Kentucky, and the team includes Fear-Free Certified professionals and a Certified Cat-Friendly Practice designation through the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Our veterinarians and support staff share a genuine commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for every patient who comes through the door. What You'll Help Make Possible
- A front desk experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and never rushed
- A lobby that stays calm and organized even when the phones are ringing and the schedule is full
- Pet parents who leave feeling confident and cared for, even on their hardest days
- A team that can focus on medicine because the front of house is running smoothly
Required:
- No prior experience required, we're happy to train the right person
- Comfortable communicating clearly and warmly with clients, in person and by phone
- Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts
Preferred:
- Prior customer service or veterinary front-desk experience
- Comfortable multitasking while staying calm and present for clients and their pets
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital scheduling and records systems
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Day shift, 9-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
- No holiday shifts required
The pay for this position starts at $18 per hour, based on experience, skills. Perks+Benfits
