AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Philadelphia on October 7-8, 2026. This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2027.
The event kicks off on Wednesday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm, where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. You’ll also have the chance to meet other students, recent graduates, and AECOM professionals from across our business lines.
On Thursday, interviews will take place at our Philadelphia office. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and connect with AECOM for early career opportunities.
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join the AECOM team in our Conshohocken, PA office. AECOM is searching for candidates who are eager to learn, detail oriented, and collaborative. Entry-level technical new hires are eligible to participate in AECOM's Graduate Development Program (GDP), a program designed to support assimilation into the organization, help with technical development planning toward licensure (or other early technical milestones), and create a foundation of knowledge necessary for future career success.
Our work includes the design of steel and concrete bridges and other transportation structures, such as walls and sign structures that are critical to our nation’s transportation network and vital to local communities. These projects include pedestrian, vehicular, light-rail transit, freight rail, and movable bridges. Our Structural Engineers also perform evaluation and design for the rehabilitation of existing bridges.

As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will work with multi-discipline project teams in developing a range of engineering solutions from initial concepts to detailed design development and through construction. Your insights and contributions to our diverse range of projects will play an impactful role in ensuring the successful delivery of our team’s projects.
This role is expected to start in Spring/Summer 2027.
