POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties within the Ambulatory Care Unit supporting the Pain Clinic:

  • Scheduling
  • Prior Authorizations
  • Managing Referrals

Provide support for the department's front office/desk with:

  • Scheduling
  • Patient Check-In
  • Triaging Phone Calls
  • General office support and tasks

BASIC KNOWLEDGE

  • High School graduate
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology strongly desired
  • People skills and experience dealing with the public helpful
  • Enthusiastic
  • Data Entry and typing skills
