We're looking for a Customer Service Representativeto join our team in Wilmington. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience from retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused role, you'll receive the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day, you'll speak with customers who have questions, need assistance, or are looking for information about our products and services. Some conversations are quick, while others require a little extra time and attention. Your goal is to make each interaction clear, helpful, and professional.

You'll also update customer records, process requests, and work closely with teammates to ensure every customer receives timely support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging

• Assist with account updates and general service requests

• Resolve routine customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Provide clear information about products, services, and company policies

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

• Work collaboratively to deliver a positive customer experience

What We Offer

• Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
