Qualifications
You are a licensed practical nurse with a New York State LPN license. You have experience working on a multi-disciplinary team and ideally have previous experience with the homeless population. You are able to take vital signs, assist with medication, take medical histories, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure treatment plans are followed.

Job Description
S:US is seeking an LPN for our men's shelter in Brooklyn.
This position is located at Blake Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208
The LPN meets with the Program Director, Director of Social Services, Registered Nurse, and Social Service staff to coordinate shelter residents to receive ongoing treatment in the community.
In this position you will;
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with one of the days being flexible late shift day (ex: 12pm-8pm); weekend day can be Saturday or Sunday
