Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Guest Services in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access, observe activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $17.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Serve as the front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals appropriately.
• Monitor access to the location, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Assist with answering phones, receiving deliveries, and maintaining clear, accurate records and incident reports as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
