Appointment Scheduling Specialist

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Appointment Scheduler

Work location: 1110 Raintree Circle - Suite 100   Allen, TX 75013

Work hours:  Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday - Thursday (730am – 430pm), Fridays (730am - 130pm)

Here’s What You Need:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

·       Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED)

         ***Six Months of work experience as a Medical Receptionist (STRONGLY PREFERRED)***

What You Will Do

·       Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments

·       Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments

·       Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests

·       May collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data
