Position Summary

The Graduate Analyst will participate in a one-year, full-time position designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers in banking. Participants will be assigned to a specific department within the bank, such as Commercial, Products & Investments, Technology, or other business areas, based on their academic background, skills, and interests.

During the program, analysts will contribute meaningfully to team objectives, work on strategic initiatives, and develop the foundational skills needed for a long-term career at Santander.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$73,125.00 USD

Maximum:

$122,500.00 USD
