This program bridges the gap between graduate school and healthcare leadership. You will tackle complex industry challenges while working directly alongside executive mentors.

  • Gain Operational Exposure: Undertake a full-time, salaried 12-month program featuring structured departmental rotations and customized, project-driven initiatives.
  • Engage with Executive Leadership: Work directly alongside senior leaders to support enterprise initiatives and gain insight into high-level board governance.
  • Collaborate Across a National Cohort: Connect with nationwide peers to foster cross-regional collaboration, share key learnings, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Receive Tailored Mentorship: Participate in 1-on-1 executive coaching and strategic professional development mapped directly to your long-term career goals.
  • Program Cohort: Summer 2027 (Start Date: July 2027 | Application Deadline: September 10)

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Enrolled or graduate of Master's degree program preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) completed or in progress from an accredited U.S. institution.
  • Academic Achievement: Demonstrated track record of academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale.
  • Academic Status: Current student in their final year of graduate study or a recent graduate from an eligible Master's program.
  • Additional Documents: Please have a Personal Statement and two Letters of Recommendation (one professional, one academic) ready to submit upon request.
