About the Role

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Co-Op to support our North America Raw Material Procurement team in product qualifications, maintaining material specifications, and building a pricing tool through AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • You will work with Procurement team members, R&D, and operations on a range of projects to enhance business solutions and develop AI agents that improve efficiency, while reducing manual work.

What You Will Do

  • Assist vendor qualification through multi-department coordination for a strategic commodity
  • Assist colleagues on procurement related activities
  • Build an AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline vendor pricing updates across different ERP platforms
  • Test agents, train the team, and create S&OP documents

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate only)
  • Interest in Procurement
  • Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
