The Details

Pay: $50,000 base + uncapped commission + bonuses
Location: Charlotte, NC

What You'll Do

Source, screen, and qualify clients and consultants
Build and maintain a book of business to support division hiring needs
Collaborate with internal and external networks to grow business
Manage relationships with clients and consultants throughout the hiring process
Meet and exceed daily and weekly metrics
