  • Sales & Operations Planning — Assist with demand and supply reviews by preparing data, analyzing trends, and helping teams align production, inventory, and customer needs.
  • Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Total Delivered Cost — Use data to identify process waste, cost drivers, or service gaps and support improvement projects that reduce total delivered cost.
  • Strategic Sourcing — Research suppliers, compare cost and capability options, support sourcing events, or help build supplier scorecards for key categories.
  • Demand & Supply Planning — Review forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply constraints to help planners improve availability and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Process Engineering — Observe manufacturing or operational processes, collect time studies or workflow data, and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, or ergonomics.
