Job Description

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with regular in-person collaboration. Team members are typically onsite approximately once per week, with most onsite activities occurring on Thursdays. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Corewell Health Place in Grand Rapids, as onsite participation is an important part of team collaboration and engagement.

Job Summary

Partners with leaders across the organization to analyze financial and operational data, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic and operational decision-making.

Essential Functions

  • Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assists on business issues including financial and profitability analysis. Develops solutions to problems which require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Collaborates with assigned areas of the organization and/or senior level analysts or leadership to analyze financial data.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field
  • 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or related work

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Business or Finance
  • LIC-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - State of Michigan
