Qualifications
You have 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience and can open new accounts, answer member questions, and process transactions via the online VideoChat channel. You can interview and qualify members for loans and other products, gather data and verification documents, and maintain confidentiality of member records while cross-selling and advising based on the member’s financial goals. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable, and you are eligible for ICCU membership.
