Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance services, including brakes, alignments, powertrain, and suspension work.
• Service electrical systems and perform light diesel repairs as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors about repair needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience required.
• Technical or trade school degree and ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

Compensation & Reviews

• Hourly pay based on experience and performance.
• 90-day performance review with potential pay increase.
• ASE certification testing paid 100% by Jensen Tire & Auto.
