The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants in multiple counties for hourly shifts.

Schedule includes some nights and weekends. Hillsborough County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements:

75-hour Home Health Aide certificate OR CNA License
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to travel to client homes
Dependable, professional, and compassionate

This new TGH service also offers patients access to nurse navigators who can provide ongoing support as patients progress and return to the community.
