Qualifications
You have completed a Nursing Assistant program and hold a current New York State CNA certification (or you have nursing fundamentals coursework within an RN program). You meet the high school diploma requirement and bring knowledge of safety and infection control, basic computer systems, and BLS/CPR training from the American Heart Association.

Good Samaritan University Hospital is a 537- bed (including 100 nursing home beds) teaching hospital and a member of Catholic Health. A Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the safe treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and age of patients served on the unit.
