What You’ll Build   The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.     Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Partner Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square Expected start date to end date: August 2026 – February 2027 Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week     As Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (BP) intern, you will support the Global CVG P&C BPs Sales) to drive strategic/ operational consultations & projects.     What You’ll Bring   We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.   • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
  Expectations and Tasks:
  • Assist the Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) BP Lead and PMO team as they support the CVG People Strategy and the transformation
  • Support and drive strategic people initiatives. Focus on key topics. Manage ad-hoc requests. This includes tasks like data gathering, maintaining the organization, and submitting information to European Social Partners.
  • In charge of various organizational / operational tasks
  • Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees
  • Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and solid analytical skills
  • Knowledge of business principles. Good at teamwork and communication.
