Job Description

How will you make an impact?

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing, education, and commercial initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing programs, managing critical marketing platforms, supporting customer events, and providing operational and analytical support that helps teams work efficiently and make informed decisions.

What will you do?

  • Support the planning and execution of professional education programs, internal trainings, customer events, advisory boards, speaker programs, and national meetings.
  • Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for marketing and commercial platforms, including Showpad, Veeva, Salesforce, Agiloft, Medcompli, and other marketing systems.
  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, content updates, training resources, and system support while ensuring platform accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, lead management activities, marketing materials, and promotional programs across multiple channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Operations, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and business priorities.
  • Support creation, maintenance, and distribution of marketing content, presentations, customer communications, and educational materials.
  • Manage contracts, purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, inventory, and operational workflows that support commercial activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and Salesforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with project management activities, status reporting, and process improvements to support marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide general marketing and commercial team support as business needs evolve.

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, communications, event coordination, training support, or a related function.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, events, educational programs, or commercial operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM, contract management, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Showpad, Veeva, Agiloft, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to support business decisions.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus.
