2027 Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst Program

A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transaction banking, corporate and transaction banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, and equity and fixed income solutions - including sales, trading, and research capabilities - to corporate and institutional clients. 

Investment Banking 

Delivers strategic advisory, capital raising, and risk management expertise for global corporations, financial sponsors, institutional clients, and alternative asset managers. 

Program overview 

The Investment Banking Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates interested in building the technical and professional skills required for a long-term career in investment banking. Analysts are aligned to a product or industry coverage group where they support live transactions, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback. #earlycareers 

What to expect 

As a full-time Analyst, you will contribute directly to transaction execution and client delivery. Your responsibilities may include: 

  • Contributing to the build out of financial models and supporting financial analysis 

  • Conducting company and industry research 

  • Preparing client materials and pitch presentations 

  • Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions 

  • Collaborating with senior bankers across sectors and geographies 

  • Supporting the development of junior team members 

You will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the program to support your development.

Required qualifications 

  • 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 

Desired qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026–June 2027 

  • Strong academic achievement 

  • Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility 

  • Relevant internship experience 

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

Program Locations 

Primary locations include New York and Charlotte, with limited opportunities in Chicago, Houston, and Washington, D.C. 

Pay Range 

$110,000 Yearly across all locations

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00
