Job Description

Junior Data Analyst   American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Junior Data Analyst to our corporate team. The position supports all master data and reporting strategies within the organization.   • Ensuring successful execution of ETL jobs and report accuracy.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Report development and analysis across multiple platforms.
  • Managing the reporting environment, including data sources and user permissions.
  • Active participation in UAT strategies for supported application change management.
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work in and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a data analyst or in related field is preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Guilford, CT.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • MS SQL.
  • Tableau reporting.
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Google Analytics.
