The Opportunity
As a BDR, you will be assigned to a territory and partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to create new pipeline. You will research target accounts, identify the right people to engage, personalize outreach, qualify interest, and create high-quality sales opportunities.
You will learn how enterprise software sales works from the ground up: prospecting, territory planning, messaging, discovery, objection handling, account strategy, and pipeline generation. You will also receive structured coaching, onboarding, enablement, and exposure to experienced sellers who can help you grow.

The BDR role is built to prepare you for the next step in your sales career. You will spend your first months building a strong foundation and over the next year: learning Nexthink, mastering the BDR motion, developing consistency, and proving you can create quality pipeline.
The base salary for this role is $68,480 with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $84,000+ with opportunity to earn additional commissions. You'll also be part of our broader total rewards package — including benefits tailored to where you live and how you work best.
