What You’ll Do

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Review source documents and records to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized files and records to support easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Prepare routine reports and data summaries as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support and use standard office equipment as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical, administrative, or office support work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, or electronic data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry SpecialistData Entry OperatorOffice Clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Experience maintaining electronic records and preparing routine reports.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies independently.

Work Environment

This position works primarily in an office or administrative support environment. The role involves regular computer use and operation of standard office equipment.
