POSITION OVERVIEW
• Acute Radiation Therapist role reporting to the Director of Cancer Center
• Provides radiation treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Works under the direct supervision of the Radiation Therapy Manager
• Follows established department policies, procedures, standards, and practices
• Confidential patient care role within a Lifepoint Health environment

COMPENSATION
• Salary range: $64,480-$91,520 annually
• Sign-on bonus negotiable

SCHEDULE
• Full-time onsite position
• No travel required

ROLE
• Provide radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician
• Follow established radiation therapy standards and practices
• Maintain confidential patient information
• Complete additional department duties as required
• Collaborate within the radiation therapy department

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent field REQUIRED
• Diploma or Certification in Radiation Therapy REQUIRED
• Registry or registry-eligible as a Radiation Therapist in good standing REQUIRED
• One to two years of radiation therapy experience preferred
• Experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software preferred
