What We Offer What You Can Expect to Earn: We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like: Base Pay: $12/hr depending on experience Commission Potential: Earn $5–$8/hr extra with Wax Pass sales Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $90 per pay period Average Total Pay:

• $15–$20/hr: Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality
• $19–$25/hr: 1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record
