Job DetailsJob Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 HourlyXcite Automotive is now seeking Automotive Fleet Washers for our partners dealers in Owings Mills, Maryland!   Job Description: Xcite is seeking a reliable and hardworking Automotive Fleet Wash Assistant to support our Fleet Wash Driver in servicing dealership and commercial fleet accounts. This is a physically active, outdoor position responsible for assisting with pressure washing, vehicle cleaning, equipment setup, and maintaining production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:  Assist Fleet Wash Driver with mobile fleet washing services Pressure wash vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, and commercial units Set up and break down wash equipment, hoses, water tanks, and cleaning supplies Ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines Communicate effectively with driver and dealership contacts on-site QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications:  Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from designated meeting location Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Willingness to work early mornings and flexible hours based on route Nice-to-Have Qualifications:  Previous experience in car wash, detailing, pressure washing, or general labor Experience working in automotive dealership environments Familiarity with pressure washing equipment Experience working in fast-paced, production-based environments Beneficial Experience:  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred for future growth opportunities) Experience handling commercial fleet vehicles Knowledge of proper chemical handling and wash techniques OSHA or workplace safety awareness training Benefits Offered: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Career growth opportunities within the dealership and reconditioning network Employee referral bonus program Apply today to start your career in Xcite Automotive!  Company Description: Xcite Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service and a software-based company that helps dealers get vehicles frontline-ready quickly and efficiently.
