Caregiver – Behavioral Health & Independent Living Support Facility

Location: Vancouver, WA (In-Person)
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, PRN (24 – 36 hours per week)

The Enhanced Services Facilities (ESF)  we are looking for caregivers to assist residents to continue living INDEPENDENT lifestyles and thrive in this community setting. We specialize in providing medical, ,behavioral health and housing support for residents as young as 18 that live with complex behavioral health factors. Our staff empower these people to overcome life-long adversities and honor their choices, goals, and preferences for how they choose to live and interact within their community.

Low resident to staff ratios for a mostly younger and independent population. Staff must be self-motivated, professional, dependable, willing to accept instruction, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Staff will work as a team to assist with a variety of tasks while encouraging the independent living these residents strive for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Encourage participation in community and social activities
• Provide behavioral support using de-escalation techniques
• Ensure resident safety and well-being in a respectful and supportive manner
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress as required

Required Certifications & Training (or Willingness to Obtain):

✔ HCA or CNA Certification (Preferred)
✔ CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
✔ Specialty Training: Dementia, Mental Health, & De-Escalation (Training provided if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ 1+ year of caregiving experience (Preferred)
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔ Ability to follow instructions & work independently

Shift Availability:

• Night Shift Openings
• 12 hours shifts- 8pm-8am
• Must work at least one weekend day, Example: Saturday or Sunday
