$75,000 Salary + Commission

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven ASD Client Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team—helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding families through important decisions, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, this is an opportunity to make a real difference while growing professionally.


What You’ll Do:
• Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners throughout Brooklyn and NYC
• Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluations and diagnosis
• Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems
• Serve as a supportive and reliable point of contact for families throughout the intake process
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
