This is a full-time role where you'll generate leads, meet with customers, and close deals from start to finish. With weekly pay, guaranteed earnings, and uncapped commissions, average reps earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, while top performers earn $2,000–$4,000/week—translating to $55K–$100K+ annually.

What You'll Be Doing

At MPower, you're not just selling—you're helping homeowners across Cincinnati, Hamilton, Florence, KY, Covington, KY, West Chester, Mason, Fairfield, and surrounding communities make confident, informed decisions about their energy.

• Generate your own leads and meet customers across the Cincinnati region
• Present solutions, build relationships, and close deals from start to finish
• Manage your pipeline and hit weekly performance goals
• Work with supportive leaders to grow your skills and your earnings
• Grow into leadership as your results speak for themselves

What We're Looking For

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—not required
• Coachable, self-motivated, and ready to invest in your own growth
• Previous D2D, telecom, or field sales background? You're already ahead
