Description:

Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises

  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management

  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers

  • Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensure & Certifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana

  • Current CPR certification

Experience:

  • Clinical experience preferred

  • New graduates welcome

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Problem-solving and sound judgment

  • Ability to manage varying caseloads and schedules

  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to departmental needs
