Job Description

Embark on an exciting career as a Manufacturing Press Operator in our Conroe workshop. As a Manufacturing Press Operator, you'll experience a diverse range of tasks each day, allowing your creativity to flourish. Your main responsibilities include preparing materials, handling metals, applying bonding agents, and producing high-quality rubber products to specification and target. Collaboration with other departments is key to ensuring seamless operations and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently work in a systematic manner.
  • Handle and prepare metals, including degreasing, shot blasting, and applying bonding agents.
  • Maintain equipment, record environmental conditions, and perform cleaning activities.
  • Operate compression press, Degreaser, and Shot Blasting Machine
  • Label, identify, and package components as required.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a continuous and uninterrupted supply of components.
  • Produce products according to job specifications.
  • Strictly uphold quality records and procedures
  • Maintain housekeeping standards adhering to 5S.

We value candidates with a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly those with previous experience in a manufacturing role. Your ability to work independently or collaboratively, coupled with attention to detail to read job specifications, will make you an excellent fit for our team. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous, and previous manual handling or forklift experience is a plus.

While your initial hours will cover the day shift from Monday to Thursday (0830 – 1700) and Friday (0830 - 1430), this position will transition to shifts. The rotational pattern includes shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am.
