What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
  • Enter and update patient information in our system
  • Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
  • Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions
What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, team-player mindset
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
  • Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
