Discovery Point Lutz is on the hunt for Preschool Teachers who show up with energy, lead with heart, and genuinely light up around little learners. What You’ll Be Doing •    Creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment•    Leading hands-on activities, circle time, crafts, and play-based learning•    Helping little learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically•    Building positive relationships with children and families•    Surviving glitter explosions with grace and professionalism

What We’re Looking For •    Positive attitude and reliable work ethic•    Genuine love for working with children•    Team player mentality — we’re all in this together•    DCF 45 Hours preferred (or willingness to complete)•    CDA/Staff Credential is a plus for lead positions•    Experience in childcare or preschool preferred, but personality matters most!
