Job Description
Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician.
Job Summary:
The junior maintenance technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
Junior Maintenance Technician Requirements:
• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Driver's License is required

Responsibilities:
• Handle installations and repairs.
• Plumbing, and electrical issues are a PLUS but not required
• Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork a PLUS but not required
• Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
• Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
