This role primarily consists of shipping and administrative duties. This person is involved in every facet of the factory. Responsibilities include:
 
 Shipping
 • Reading customer PO’s and work orders to ship using UPS WorldShip and USPS (with occasional freight shipments)
 • Organize LTL freight
 • Help preparing pallets
 • Applying shipping labels to correct packages
 • Processing and managing returns and repairs
 • Managing will call orders
 • Unpacking deliveries
 • Ship and manage inventory of stock items
 • Sending out tracking information to customer
 
 Administrative
 • Invoicing new orders
 • Verifying orders and processing payments and deposits
 • Managing reseller permits
 • Answering phones and emails
 • Verifying purchase orders from customers
 • Organizing and general office support
 
 
 Additional duties include general factory assistance wherever needed such as finishing, vacuuming, and organizing.
 Must be capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
