Greenridge Estates is a family-owned Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. For 50 years and three generations of leadership we've focused on creating a community that feels like home for every single person who steps foot in the door. Every day we attempt to go above and beyond for our residents, families, and staff.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CAREGIVER

We are looking for Caregivers who are dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CAREGIVERS

Caregivers are responsible for assisting our residents with all ADLs, which may include assisting with dressing/undressing, personal laundry, reminders, safety checks, using the restroom, personal hygiene needs, showering, transfers, and all other needs as stated in a resident's Care Plan. Caregivers are also responsible for assisting residents during an emergency, up to and including safe evacuation of the community.

SHIFTS FOR CAREGIVERS

• Mornings 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Nights 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
2. Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
3. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, aid in resident transfers, walk/stand 80% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
