Job Description

Turn online inquiries into appointments—talk to motivated sellers, stay organized, and get paid for results.
If you’re confident on the phone and know how to follow up, this is where that skill pays off.

🚗 Turn Conversations Into Cars (Yes, Really)

Most people see a job title like Vehicle Acquisition Specialist and have no idea what that means.

Here’s the simple version:
People go online to see what their car is worth.
You’re the person who turns that curiosity into an appointment—and ultimately, a deal.

The Role (No Fluff):
You’ll be working a steady stream of inbound leads from people who already want to sell their vehicle. Your job is to:

  • Reach out quickly (phone, text, email)

  • Build trust in the first conversation

  • Get them scheduled for an in-store appraisal

  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving

  • Follow up like a pro (because most people don’t answer the first time)

You’re not appraising cars.
You’re not wrenching in a shop.
You’re the bridge between interest and action.

What This Job Really Is:

  • Part customer service

  • Part sales

  • Part problem-solving

  • A lot of communication and follow-up

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

  • Are comfortable on the phone (and don’t avoid it)

  • Know how to talk to people without sounding scripted

  • Can stay organized with multiple conversations happening at once

  • Don’t give up after one attempt—you follow up and close the loop

  • Like the idea of turning a “maybe” into a “yes”

This Probably Isn’t for You If You:

  • Dislike making outbound calls

  • Struggle with staying organized or managing a pipeline

  • Prefer hands-on/mechanical work over communication

  • Wait for things to happen instead of making them happen

What You Don’t Need:

  • Deep knowledge of cars

  • Sales experience (we can teach process—attitude matters more)

What You’ll Get:

  • [Pay structure—hourly + bonus/commission works great here]

  • A consistent flow of leads (no cold prospecting)

  • A fast-paced environment where effort = results

  • A role where your communication skills directly impact your income

The Bottom Line:
If you’re organized, good with people, and a little persistent—you’ll do very well here.

Want to stand out?
Tell us about a time you convinced someone to take action—or just answer the phone 😉
