Description of the role:
The Automotive Finance Assistant at Renn Kirby Gettysburg will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of automotive finance operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive financing processes.   Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and reviewing financial documents, including loan contracts and lease agreements
- Prepare and input financial data into the company's finance system accurately and efficiently
- Process customer credit applications and verify the information provided
- Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation and resolve any finance-related inquiries
- Maintain and update financial records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with calculating and presenting finance options to customers, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations   Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using finance-related software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
