Fitlife Foods is all about feeding our customer’s journey and takes pride in being the leading multi-channel prepared meals company across Florida and Georgia. Since our inception in 2011, we've grown to manage 12 retail locations and an eco-friendly concierge home delivery subscription business. Our commitment is simple: we provide the highest quality prepared meals and wellness coaching to support our customers in their journey towards their best selves.

Retail Team Member Mission & Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with warmth and establish genuine connections, offering an immersive and captivating store tour for an interactive and memorable shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and benefits to showcase expertise of menu details, wellness coaching, home delivery, and all the fantastic perks Fitlife Foods has to offer.
• Sales Generation: Amplify sales through your expert recommendations by utilizing product knowledge to recommend and upsell items.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep our store looking sharp by following Fitlife Foods' high standards for a clean, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for extraordinary shopping adventures.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your store team to achieve common goals. Share insights, provide support, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Relationship Building & Marketing: Dive into opportunities to connect with local businesses, fostering relationships with trainers, business owners, and patrons in our vibrant community.

 No food production. All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.
