Job Description

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Fleet Tracking Manager to join our fast-growing team!

Who We Are:

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with driver dispatch
  • Use Verizon fleet tracking software to monitor stops made by drivers and the sales team
  • Create and complete daily reports for stops and productivity of drivers and the sales team
  • Report unsafe driving practices and improper use of vehicles to Fleet Supervisor
  • Successfully input a high volume of data using Microsoft Office
  • Ability/willingness to give corrective/critical feedback to drivers and the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required.
  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office
  • Drug Free lifestyle

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Salary: $27/hour
