Landscape Crew Members & Team Leads (Residential & Commercial) – Multiple Openings

Lucia Landscaping is growing and hiring Landscape Crew Members, Team Leads, and Experienced Landscape Professionals for multiple divisions, including:

• Residential Lawn Maintenance
• Commercial Lawn Maintenance
• Landscape Enhancements
• Design/Build Installation

What You’ll Do

As part of our field team, you will work daily with a crew on residential and commercial properties delivering high-quality landscape services, which may include:

• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance services as part of a team
• Assist or lead crews in delivering efficient, quality service
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment including:
• Walk-Behind, Stand-On, & Zero Turn Mowers
• String trimmers / weed whips
• Stick edgers
• Backpack blowers
• Support landscape enhancement and design/build projects as assigned
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Help ensure our clients consistently receive premier service

Team Lead Opportunities

For experienced candidates, Team Lead opportunities include:

• Leading and developing crew members
• Managing daily route productivity and service quality
• Training team members on equipment, safety, and best practices
• Communicating with clients and supervisors as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience in lawn/landscape services preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Team players interested in growth and advancement
• Valid driver’s license preferred (Chauffeurs License required for lead roles)
