What You’ll Do

Welcome patients and prepare them for exams
Take medical histories and assist with documentation (scribe)
Assist providers during procedures, excisions, and Mohs surgeries
Prepare and handle specimens for lab processing
Support patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up care
Help ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
Pitch in where needed as part of a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

Medical Assistant experience (dermatology or surgical experience is a plus—but we will train the right candidate)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Dependable, flexible, and motivated
Experience with EMR systems is helpful (we’ll train you on EMA)
